A Writing Project Close to My Heart

I'm excited to share that my chapter, What That Year Gave Me: Caring for My Mother and Finding My Way Through Loss, is part of the upcoming anthology Radiant Wisdom: 18 Stories of Feminine Power, Purpose, and Rebirth.

The chapter reflects on caring for my mother during the final year of her life and how that experience shaped the way I learned to face grief, stay connected, and keep living after loss.

Writing it was both meaningful and vulnerable. While the chapter focuses on my mother's illness and death, it is also about love, caregiving, resilience, and the ways our relationships continue to shape us after loss.

Looking Ahead

While I'm honored to be part of Radiant Wisdom, this chapter is also the beginning of a larger project I've been developing called Mindful Mourning.

Over the coming year, I'll be sharing resources, reflections, and offerings related to grief, mindfulness, and meaning-making after loss.

If you'd like to stay connected, I invite you to subscribe to my newsletter.

Thank you for supporting Healing Journey over the years.

Warmly,
