A Space for Grief,
Memory, and Meaning

Mindful Mourning is a grief-centered space created by Dakia "Kia" Davis, LCSW. This work invites you to move gently, honor your grief, and stay connected in ways that feel meaningful to you.

This project includes guided practices, a forthcoming book, companion resources, grief groups, and writing on grief, memory, and life after loss.

There is no right way to grieve. There is only your way.
