Why Join Us?

Practicing yoga improves general mood and overall well-being. It proves especially beneficial for various mental health diagnoses—stabilizing emotions, increasing calmness, boosting social skills, and improving sleep quality.*

Enjoy the convenience and privacy of virtual sessions, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space while still receiving the support you need.

On the practical side, group therapy is typically priced at 1/2 to 1/3 of individual psychotherapy, making it a cost effective option for mental health support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re currently researching insurance options. Check back for updates!

  • Prior or current experience in psychotherapy is not required, but may be helpful. If you are planning to use insurance for this group, claims must identify a covered diagnosis to medical/clinical medical service. Your group therapist will go over this in more detail during the intake.

  • Group therapy, led by trained healthcare providers, focuses on lasting changes and proven strategies for mental health challenges. In contrast, support and self-help groups are not always guided by professionals and don’t have a medical/healthcare focus. Both offer fantastic emotional support.
